Jay is responsible for daily operations of the Wisconsin Donor Network, with a specific emphasis on restructuring the WDN Advisory Board and improving hospital relations and overall performance. With the WDN since March 2006, he has extensive experience managing and restructuring organ procurement organizations and transplant centers throughout the United States. He has a BHS from Duke University and JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
