As medical director, Dr. Johnson oversees all medical issues involving donor evaluation, management and organ recovery. In addition to his medical director responsibilities, Dr. Johnson is also professor and chief of transplant surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin, staff surgeon at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, and Veterans Administration Medical Center.
